In my role as Health Coach, I am a supportive mentor and wellness authority who will work with you to explore which foods and lifestyle choices make you feel your very best. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Jana tailors a wellness program for each of her client’s individual needs.

 

Relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. I understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person. On the flip side, they are also accountability partners, and even friends, who give an unbiased approach to their clients and empower them to live the lives they love. I provide these services one-on-one or in group settings to help clients achieve their personal wellness goals including weight loss, boosting energy, sleeping better, reducing stress and much more.
