The only proven, long-lasting approach is to begin changing your relationship with food by turning negative eating habits into POSITIVE habits. I still LOVE TO EAT, but now I make the right choices and I can help you do the same because I know that food is our medicine. By adopting a more colorful, whole food diet, you can live longer, feel better, and enjoy a richer, more productive life.

 

Nutrition coaching goes far beyond food. It’s about working on our patience, commitment, consistency and discipline. You will learn about balance—how many calories you are putting in (by eating) vs. how many calories are coming out (by exercising), as well as the different types of calories. I respect and remember that no one is perfect and that we all have different body types that will respond in unique ways.
